This group is for experienced breathers only*.
We will begin this class with a short educational discussion and then focus the remainder of our time in a facilitated breath session.
Please bring your own blanket and pillow and whatever else you might like to have with you when you breathe. Some participants like to bring a journal to record their learning and experiences immediately.
Please plan to arrive on time. Can't wait to see you!!
*What does it mean to be an "experienced breather"? We all breathe, right? :-)
What it means is that you have had at least one experience with the specific pattern of breathing that we use in Transformational Breath®. This experience could have been in a group workshop, a longer event (like Seminar) or in an individual session. Your experience could have been with another Certified Facilitator (not with Kim Rager) but what is important is that you have had experience with the particular pattern of Transformational Breath®. Please note that experience with other forms of breathwork is not sufficient in this case.
If you are new to Transformational Breath® your best choice for a group event is an Introductory Workshop.
